All our staff are thoroughly checked with our strict security vetting. All teachers and support staff must complete/undergo the following: A face to face interview, A current DBS or Update Service Registration (an international DBS if they have been outside of the UK for more than 6 months), a CPD accredited safeguarding level 2 course, a medical questionnaire and a EWC registration check (GTCW).
They also have to provide the following documents; a completed application form with full employment history, no gaps, All relevant certificates or certified copies, A minimum of 2 references from either a head teacher, line manager, mentor, previous employer, Passport and/or birth certificate, Marriage certificate / change of name proof, driving licence/ proof of address, Passport sized photo (a photo will also be taken upon registration), a utility bill within the last 3 months, proof of National Insurance number.
