Our Founder

Karen has over 20 years of experience within Education, she has worked as an LSA, PE Teacher, HOY HOD and senior management. She hung up her PE whistle in 2016 when she started her new adventure, Dosbarth. Since then, Dosbarth has become the fastest growing education agency in South West Wales. The key to Dosbarth’s success has been Karen’s knowledge, experience, insights, and Welsh heritage (and she loves to chat). Karen's mission is not over, and she is excited for Dosbarth’s future. She understands that at Dosbarth we have a unique opportunity to create dreams and inspire excellence not only for our staff but for our schools and their students.
