To be a successful Supply Teacher, you will have the following skills and experiences: 

• The knowledge and ability to teach the national curriculum. 
• A passion for teaching and the ability to be friendly, flexible and reliable. 
• Varied and adaptable teaching methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• A current DBS or Update Service Registration or the willingness to complete one. 
• Being registered with the Education Workforce Council. 
• Be a fully qualified teacher (QTS) or an NQT. 
• Minimum of Two professional reference checks.
