To be a successful Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will have the following skills and experience:
Passion for working with children and the ability to be friendly, flexible, and reliable
Patience and empathy, with the ability to adapt to different learning needs
Being organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrating commitment to supporting pupils’ progress and wellbeing
Excellent communication skills
The ability to communicate through Welsh is desirable
Current DBS or Update Service registration, or willingness to complete one
Registration with the Education Workforce Council or willingness to register
At least two referees
